Pina has spent over a decade practicing as a counsellor & psychotherapist and has guided clients through a wide variety of issues including, anxiety, depression, confidence, career & personal development, self- esteem & relationship issues, all areas of abuse, grief and many more areas that stop people from living their lives to the fullest.
Having trained in Walking Therapy has led to Pina’s work being outdoors, immersed in nature, with 'Walk and Talk sessions' in Commons, Parks, Riverside and other Green Spaces. Clients have found this to be extremely beneficial because nature gives the addition of relaxation.

One to One Sessions
Connecting With Nature
What is it?
Walking Therapy is exactly what it says, ‘on the box’, it is one to one counselling/talking therapy while walking with your therapist. The forest and nature provide the added benefit of helping to reduce cortisol and adrenaline levels and helps the release of endorphins, serotonin and dopamine.
The Walk is for 1 hour and we will walk through the forest or open spaces. It can get muddy so please dress for the possibility of rain, cold and mud. I will be dressed casually, please do not think it is a casual walk, it is a therapy walk. It is not a walk for exercise nor a dog walk, so please do not bring a dog. I do love dogs, but this will be a distraction during our session.
We walk once a week on a weekly basis. I offer walking therapy from March -December. All walks will take place during the hours of 8am - 4pm
Wimbledon Common (We will meet at a car park outside the Windmill Café) and Richmond Park
£80 per 1 hour session

What is it?
Executive coaching is a skilful way to develop a leader’s self-awareness. For the client, the learning is experiential and they should be enabled to find their own solutions to their challenges as shifts in their perceptions begin to take place. Above all, coaching should involve trust, respect and mutual freedom of expression between the coach and client.
In the sessions I help leaders get clarity and reach a level of natural leadership and empowerment through self-exploration to gain self-awareness. We spend 1.5 - 2 hours together looking at the obstacles stopping you moving forward or understanding feedback from your team or employees. It is a time and space of non-judgement and curious exploration using words and creative tools to better understand what lies beneath the problem and how this can be resolved.
We meet monthly or weekly, depending on the urgency of the problem or work needed. Long term contracts are normally 1 session a month. The contract requires a minimum of 6 months commitment for the coaching to be effective.
Online or walking outdoors, depending on location.
£180 - £250 per 1.5 - 2 hour session
